1.Go to GTA 5 Game Folder Where You Install GTA 5 Game

2.Check Game "Update" Folder Disk Space

3.Check Your local disk Space Where You Install GTA 5 Game 1.0.350.1 at least 60gb free, if Your Game Version is new 1.0.3028 100gb free Space Required.

4.Copy "Update" Folder, Create New Folder rename the folder to "mods" (in small spelling) Open "mods" folder and paste "update" folder.

3.OpenCamera.asi : RockstarEditor Advance Camera Mod

Installation : Turn on EditMode Click on Asi Manager Button then install OpenIV.asi and OpenCamera.asi into GTA 5.

v.Game Config 

Installation : Choose and Open Your Version folder Choose and Open GameConfig Folder 1.For Less Mods    2.For More Mods   3.Choose and Open Traffic Folder. Turn on EditMode. Drag and Drop GameConfig.xml To Mods\Update\update.rpf\common\data Using "OpenIV" Tool.

vi.HeapLimitAdjuster 

Download and installation: Download HeapLimitAdjuster According to Your Game Version From our Website Then Extract Them copy all Files and Paste Into GTA5 Main Game Folder.

This will controls the limit of gameconfig.xml it means How Many Mods are installed in the Game. This will not damage your Game and Pc. 

vii.PackFileLimitAdjuster 

Download and installation: Download PackFileLimitAdjuster According to Your Game Version From our Website Then Extract Them copy all Files and Paste Into GTA5 Main Game Folder.
